Hi to all...I have been absent for some time now well posting anyway that is not that anyone noticed :'( .... ;) so a little catch up ...I got to go to Memphis last August and it was all I expected and more something I will never forget ever ....:king:

So back to the question ..I think this may apply only to the UK fans as the show I am looking for is with Frank Skinner when he went to the USA in search of the truth about the shirt he bought for £18,000 which was supposed to be Elvis' ...well I have searched everywhere trying to get a clip or even a copy of the programme but with no luck :( so if anyone can help me that would be wicked

Thankyou for reading ...

Susan xx

i know the programme you are talking about, don't know where you'd get it though, i'm sure it was on itv, i remember commercial breaks during it.

It was the the shirt Elvis wore at the Tupelo concert in 1956 that he " thought " he had bought.

Yes it was Elvisville..it was made for TV by Avalon Productions I think and was shown on CH4 :hmm: it is so frustrating not to be able to get a hold of it or even see a clip but I am guessing it is not ment to be but thanks anyway

Thanks

Dear Susan,

Intrigued by the show you mention - it sounds a treat! A little digging reveals that it was called "A Little Bit of Elvis," maybe you will have better luck now that you know the name. Some links -

I myself really hope I get to see this someday! Thanks for the tip!
