Hello! :king:

This is quite a dumb question, but i am just wondering
On the rehearsal concert 12 January 1973 there is a boy in the song "Something" who gives Elvis a "Scarf"...Elvis bends down, and the boys puts the "Scarf" around his neck, anybody here knows who this boy is ?

Not sure who the boy was, but I'm wondering if this was the same boy that was asking for EP's belt near the end of the rehearsal show, as Elvis politely shook his head no. You could hear the boy yelling for the belt.

I had a suspicion that the kid was put up to asking for the belt by some adult. He was pretty persistent during the times Elvis was near that side of the stage.

That brings up an interesting question....since Elvis seemingly had no intentions whatsoever of giving the belt to the boy during the rehearsal show...why do you think he did it during the main show after "Trilogy"?? :hmm: :hmm:

Tony, I think you can find the answer in the question itself; he didn't gave away the belt during the rehearsal show because he intended to do that two days later. It was a habit Elvis developped in the last leg of 1972 when he gave away several belts.

And by the way Toffe, there are NO such things as dumb question. Only dumb answers.
