What scene?

Hi, I am hoping I am entering this in the right place.

I understand that Elvis' father, Vernon, has a small part in "Live a little, Love a little." I have only seen this movie once and I was wondering if anyone could tell what scene his father is in? Also what part does he play?

He is just an extra, he has no speaking lines.

During the scene where Elvis is photographing the blonde on the diving board, Vernon is seated quietly at the outside dining table.

He was also in the audience during Loving You for one scene, along with Gladys.

Yes, she is.

She is Susan Henning, and she was featured with Elvis in the '68 Special as well. She's the one getting up close and personal while she and Elvis are listening to other people's music during some close-up shots. You'll find these scenes on the '68 DVD set.

Trivia: when she was younger, she was the stand-in and body double for Hayley Mills in the original Parent Trap movie in 1961. She is seen with her back to camera in some scenes whe Hayley faces the front.
