Just heard an interview with priscilla which was on sirius radio on march 23 2007 at graceland.

In the interview Priscilla takes credit for Elvis`s stage costumes and for designing the tcb logo.
she also takes credit for always on my mind being for her.
I guess if she`d of been around in 56 she would be taking credit for elvis`s gyrations.

Elvis never admitted the song was for her.
There was a rumour that You Gave Me A Mountain was towards her but Elvis emphatically denied it.
You can`t take the words to a song and make it fit what you want it to.
She has a really inflated opinion of herself thats for sure.
Every girl Elvis dated can say it i.e. Anita Wood could say her song was Loving You, Linda could say unchained melody was for her and Ginger could say Hurt was her song.
Its crap.

It's the timing of the song since it was recorded in 1972, the year they officially split up. It is also on film as I'm sure you have seen, which is very touching to say the least. Elvis recorded some sadder songs during this time frame which were attributed to his pending divorce, such as Your Are Always On My Mind, Seperate Ways, For The Good Times, You Gave Me A Mountain and a year later My Boy.

She has to take credit with elvis because she hasnt done anything on her own thats worth a ****************

you cant get her away from graceland these days
when elvis was alive she couldnt get far enough away to have her own life
whatever happened to that I wonder
still shes got to keep earning the cash for the facelifts

Ignoring her is the best thing to do if you do not like her... I sure do not like her and find the less I know about what she is doing the better I like it. Elvis was the only one that really matters to me.. he had the talent and personality to win the hearts of so many of us. God Bless him
