Elvis must have been one of the best treated GI?s in the American history. This week, the Hard Rock Caf? Biloxi announced the re-opening on July 7, with Elvis?s army uniform on display.
The uniform was found floating on the water, after hurricane Catherina had destroyed the casino.
Graceland claims to have two army uniforms, while a collector in Brussels says that he has ?the one and only? army outfit of Elvis.
To top things off, even the Pink Palace Museum in Memphis puts ?the original? Elvis army uniform on display this summer (picture).

Back during the 60s, it wasn't unheard of the a person to get two uniforms. He could of have two uniforms. My friend got two uniform and he serve at the same time that Elvis did. He went to germany as well and saw him there.

Only problem is 4 different uniforms and 4 different places claiming they have the "one"!

Then again, a G.I. definately does not have just 1 or 2 uniforms, not the "battle" style uniform displayed here.
He gets more sets than 1 or 2.

Elvis had many uniforms, he didn't always wear the GI issue ones some were made to measure.

Exactly I'm not saying they're all real or all fake but 4 uniforms and even a couple Dress uniforms wouldn't be out of the question for a Millionare in
the army. One reason he could live off base and others in his pay grade couldn't is because the pay wasn't an issue for him He had money. Unless times were very different then they issue you two at Basic, and after that you can buy more yourself later .
