Scoops during Elvis week: Live Concert in front of Graceland

It seems to be that EPE will give everything they have during the upcoming memorial week.
On the 'Inside Elvis' convention (only for Inside members) both Priscilla and Loane Parker (wife of the Colonel) will attend such an event for the first time during Elvis week.
Jerry Shilling will be the host.
And there's even better news. On august 13 and 14 at 8pm, on the lawn of Graceland Mansion (Yes, ON the property!!!) there will be a live concert, followed by a screening of an Elvis movie.
Until now, it was strictly prohibited to even step on the lawn.
Let's hope for a giant turn-out, to start a new 'concert tradition' in Memphis.

That is positive news. However, for me, the whole Elvis Week has been 'downgraded' due to no input from Sony BMG. It is now over three years since a major record upgrade was made and after all the money Elvis has earned for his company they cannot spend a minimal amount on researching his past record sales.

Meanwhile, Elvis' major sales rivals continue to receive mega publicity from their respective record companies, including 'real time' sales upgrades.

Very sad.
