When the time come to shuffle off this mortal coil, what Elvis song do you want played to see you off?
Long Black limousine? or something a bit more Rock 'n' Roll?
I think I would Like "Any Day Now"
Unchained Melody

I think I would want something gospel. Like "You'll Never Walk Alone or "Where No One Stands Alone" and maybe "Talk About The Good Times"..That's just me of course;) .
Very good question though Matt !!

This is kind of weird but its a great thread Matt. What comes to my mind is to create a list of songs to be played at diferents points of that, I´ll try to post that latter on, but if you ask me about just one song I´ll choose "Mystery Train", thats the one last song I want to hear as a Ghost looking around there before going to the next thing where or whatever is that.

Queenie Wahine's Papaya!
Actually, I decided years ago that I will not be having a funeral. I'll be cremated ASAP after I drop off the twig, and my ashes scattered off the coast in Clovelly, one of Sydney's nicest beaches, and where I live.

I love As long As I Have You, but maybe I would go for Lead Me, Guide Me or another gospel song (it's hard to choose just one)...
I would have to pick:
Peace In The Valley
If I Can Dream
Love Me Tender
Stand By Me-I start to cry almost every time I hear this song. its just beautiful

Run on, Milky White Way to begin. A little Less Conversation - just because I like it. To end - definitely Miracle of the Rosary. If I thought they'd do it, they could just play every one of the Cd's I own - but I don't think they'll be around that long (at the wake) to get through all 20+ that I presently own - who knows how many I'll own when I finally move on - Oh, I'd like to hear Way Down in there somewhere, too.:D
