"What Now My Love". deleted

When the new edition of the DVD "Elvis Lives", with the live concert of August 16th 2002, is made available for the regular retail market next February, the DVD will not contain "What Now My Love". A copyright dispute has put the song back in the vault. Track 21 will not be replaced by another.
its a great song why not keep it in what are your views on this.

I don't mind. I've never cared for the song, not even Elvis' version. Although his version is one of the better ones I've heard.

It won't affect me too badly either, as I wouldn't buy the DVD anyway ...

it is on the DVD I got. I got the real Region 1 DVD and What Now My Love is on their.

That's too Bad, it's not on The DVD because Of Copyrights, That's not new In Elvis world.. that's why the The Greatest Hits , Volume One wasn't release in 1977 and Help Me Thru The Night Wasn't Record live In Las Vegas 2/72 Shows.

poormansgold, which album is this you're referring to? Are you saying there's a greatest hits album with Help Me Make It Through The Night on it? Can youn put up a pic of the cover? I don't think I'm familiar with it.

The Greatest Hits Vol 1 album I have is the one with the Aloha rehearsal shot on the cover, with Wonder of You, Sound of Your Cry etc, but no Help... A deceptively titled album to be sure, but one of my favourites. And rare as hen's teeth in any format now.

The original LP of Greatest Hits Volume 1 did contain Help Me Make It Through The Night. The next release was release about a year later minus that song. I got it on audio tape and it contains Help Me Make It Through The Night.
