The new compilation 'The Essential Elvis Presley' has entered the Billboard Top 200 Album chart at No.72 in its first week of release.

I have bought this on the internet, it's the usual stuff, although there is one or two unusual picks like "Follow That Dream" & "Bosa Nova Baby".
Of course "A little Less Conversation" is on there, the original recording.
Just trying to do my bit (y)

Having given the good news - the bad news is that the album only sold 13,000 copies.It was one of the worst weeks ever for album sales in the U.S.A.
However, it must be remembered that 'Essential' is a double album and in this instance counts for double sales for RIAA purposes.
