Just read some sad news on the Irish fan club website. Glenn Lee a great Elvis fan has died! See his story http://www.irishelvisfanclub.com/glenn_lee.htm

Glenn Kindly helped us out a few years ago as acting DJ at a Charity Event we held here in Swords. I often spoke with him in his Beaumont Hospital radio studio. He would broadcast Elvis related news for us. Beaumont Hospital in Dublin is the size of a small city! RIP Glenn. You will be missed by many thousands of Elvis fans.

To end on a bright note Jim Browder of Memphis, informed me by email his book about the History of Memphis has been published and will be available to Elvis fans. There's a lot about Elvis in it of course. I'll call him on the telephone this evening.

Now I am a little sad because I saw Glenn Lee through the window of his studio at the Beaumont Hospital last week, we only exchanged a wave, I was busy taking my wife Maureen for a body scan...and Glenn was busy playing Elvis music.

It's always a tragedy to lose a loved one and so soon around the holidays makes family and friends miss them even worse. God bless the Glens..

Thanks elvislady, and Diane. Sad time for Glenn's family. He will be missed by many thousands.

They will think of him everytime they hear Elvis..I know I will.

Glenn was involved with the Irish Elvis fan club and played his part in raising the 400,000 for charities here. RIP Glenn. I heard Elvis's "Blue Christmas" again today in our local bookshop:-)
